Privacy policy

The policy defines the rules for storage and access to information on the Service users' end devices using cookies to provide electronic services by Komat Mieczysław Kozłowski based in Romanowo Dolne.

  2. Cookies - small text files containing computer data stored on the user end devices,
  3. Internal Cookies - these are the cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service,
  4. External Cookies - these cookies are placed by the partners of the Administrator, through the website of the Service,
  5. Service - means a website or application conducted by the Administrator in the domain,
  6. Device - an electronic device through which the user accesses the Service,
  7. User - an individual, company or institution whom services can be provided to electronically.

In accordance with Paragraph 173.1 of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 171, item 1800) we inform that the entity placing cookies on users' end devices is Administrator. This action is carried out in accordance with the applicable provisions of law, in particular the Telecommunications Law, the Law on Electronic Services and the Act on Personal Data Protection.

Cookies are set at the "input" and "output" of the Website and are not used to identify individual users. Cookies do not affect the end device and cannot lead in any way to the destruction of the system on the end device. Cookies do not cause configuration changes in users' end devices and have no effect on the operation of the software installed on those devices.

Cookies may be used to:

  1. customize the content of the Site to user preferences and optimizing the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to identify the user's device and properly display the web page tailored to the individual needs,
  2. Service improvements through maximum individualization of content displayed for a given user,
  3. create statistics that help us to understand how Service users use the websites, which allows improvement of their structure and content,
  4. maintain the user's session (after logging in), so the user does not have to retype their login and password on every page of the Website,
  5. optimize advertising and marketing offers to the individual user of the Service, either by Administrator and other advertisers , as well as business partners of Administrator.

Types of Cookies

In the Service three basic types of cookies are used: „session”, „fixed” and „external”.

  1. „session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the end device of a user up to log out time, leaving the Service or disabling software (web browser) and are used for services that require authentication as part of the Service.
  2. „Fixed” cookies are stored on the end device of a user for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until their removal by the user and are used to store user-selected settings and personalization of the interface.
  3. „External” cookies (so-called third parties cookies) allow us to collect information about the use of the Services and to provide users with advertising content optimally tailored to their interests.

Cookies are placed in the end device of the Service User and may be used also by cooperating with the operator of the Service advertisers and partners.

Available web browsers are initially set to accept cookies. Each user can, however, oppose the placement of cookies on the end device. As a general rule, to change these settings, use the option to turn off cookies mechanism in the browser on computers, smartphones and other devices.
